Did you skip over the infant car seat and just get a convertible one?
I keep going back and fourth if I should just get a conv car seat rather than one of the infant carriers. My son was only in his carrier for five months before I got a convertible one. Part of me thinks it's a waste but then I think of how convenient it was when we'd go anywhere to just plop the car seat into the stroller or shopping cart. I can't make up my mind! If you skipped the infant carrier, are you glad you did?
I loved the infant carrier too much to skip it. My babies loved to sleep in it too, so I just unhooked it from the base in the car and left them strapped in. soooo easy
